Hong Kong GreenMech Contest 2025-26 Runner-Up (Second Place) Award

Our school’s GreenMech team (5C Hong Hon-ming, 5D Lai Wai-ho, 4A Chong Pok-chiu, 4D Chow Sai-chak) took part this year in the Hong Kong GreenMech Contest, themed “Low Carbon and Bicycle Mechanisms”, By designing and integrating different scientific principles and mechanical structures, the team successfully simulated the power transmission and riding operation of multiple bicycle systems, including a one-way clutch and a gearbox shifting system.

The team earned the Runner-Up (Second Place) Award and was selected to represent Hong Kong at the World GreenMech Contest 2026, which will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, in August.
